Description

Listed here is a near mint condition Bauer cookie jar. This form was created by Ray Murray and is referred to as Gloss Pastel Kitchenware. Production began in 1941.  The cookie jar is 9” tall and 8” in diameter. The only damage is a superficial 1/16
th
chip out of the inner ring of the lid. It is not visible in picture #9. The only noticeable factory flaw is a small glaze miss, shown in picture #7. The jar rings like a bell and has no other chips or hairlines, and it has not been repaired.
