This service entitles you to having your
Print head
thoroughly cleaned and restored.  We print over 200 posters per day and buy paper by the tons, and ink by the gallons.  Some of our posters are sold online, and shortly we will offer paper and ink at incredibly discounted prices because of the sheer volume we purchase in. Make no bones about it, we are a printing company, and print on all forms of media that ink is used.
Before offering this service we spent nearly 1 year in testing various ways to get these heads clean because of the crazy price charged here. Well we can say we have mastered the process.  We will thoroughly clean your print head, restore and then test your print head to make sure that when it arrives back to you through our 2 day - 1 week (depending on how clogged and volume of heads in at the time) day service, you are ready to print like brand new. The pictures here show the results of what we do to each color jet.  We won't describe our process here but it will be ready to print.
*Sometimes if the printhead is really clogged or we have a high volume of heads in  our service can be longer than the time described. We will notify you if this is the case. Printheads are delicate and rushing them can result in error.
If we are unable to restore your printhead, there is a .00 non refundable fee for materials used and labor.  We offer free second looks, however you are
responsible
for shipping costs back. If a refund is wanted, PROOF MUST BE PROVIDED- Examples of proof are; VIDEO/PICTURE OF TEST PRINT WITH HEAD VISIBLE (KEEP STICKER ON THE HEAD WHEN RECEIVING), OR JUST SENDING THE HEAD BACK AS PROOF IT IS OF NO USE TO YOU.

We would love to guarantee our restored print heads for longer than 14 days but unfortunately we cannot due to the number of variables of use.  We will however restore a print head that we previously serviced up to 30 days. So if you clog it, we'll clean it.
*A complete print head cleaning is not guaranteed. Please note that even a perfectly clean print head may not print well. There are many other factors affecting print quality, such as the condition of the nozzle plate coating, wear and tear of the piezo crystals, malfunctioning electronics, etc. There is a risk of print head damage during the cleaning process. We are not liable for any damage to your print heads or any other subsequent damages as a result.
Also
We are NOT responsible for pre-existing “communication errors” or cables errors on Print heads.  This service is for “cleaning clogs” in print heads and we determine that by getting a perfect waterfall with a special liquid at a certain pressure.  Print heads that are determined to be clean, but still don’t operate properly in your printer are still charged for the work performed.  In other words…. We don’t know what could be wrong with your print head, we just work on cleaning it.  Make sense?  We thought so….

No returns accept after 14 days of purchase.  Return print head serial number must match the original print head serial number provide while shipping, recorded on sales record and via buyer's message.  NO REFUND ISSUE IF THE SERIAL NUMBER NOT MATCH.  PLEASE CHECK THIS NUMBER AND NOTIFY SELLER IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVE THE PRINT HEAD AND THE SERIAL NUMBER NOT MATCH.
